Please read through the below information to support you in getting ready for our package to start.

TELEGRAM

Telegram is the platform we use to communicate in between calls. It has both text and voice message functions, with voice being the primary way I correspond with my clients.

  • Prior to your package commencing, please download Telegram from your app store (the free version is fine).

  • Once you have created your Telegram profile, please add me as a contact by scanning the below QR code:

If you have any issues downloading Telegram or adding me, please reach out so I can help.

  • On the morning of the first day of your package starting, I will reach out via Telegram to officially open the package and give you some information around how to best utilise Telegram.

« To record a voice message, hold down the button circled. The message will be sent after ‘releasing’ the button.

If you tap the microphone rather than holding it down to record, you may notice the icon change to this. This is video mode. To revert back to voice recording simply tap the icon again.

PRIVATE CALLS

  • This package does not have a call schedule or limit, meaning that we use them as and when we need, operating on a mutual respect of each others time.

  • Zoom or audio calls are available during this package, depending on the reason and most optimised way for us to work together on that occasion.

  • To schedule a Zoom call, please do so using the below private link. You will receive an automated meeting link upon scheduling.

  • Audio calls or in person sessions can be mutually arranged through Telegram.

NOTES, CALL RECORDINGS & RESOURCES:

  • I use a program called Notion to house your call recordings (if via Zoom), notes and any resources during your package.

  • Following your first call, you will receive a link to access your private client portal which you will have ongoing access to.
