This space provides flexible, on demand support, combining real time guidance, hands on insights, and business and leadership advisory, from someone who has run businesses and teams at scale.

You’ll receive ongoing support, actionable direction, and refinement across leadership, people & HR, operations, structure, and sustainable growth, designed to meet the realities of your business as they unfold.

How we work together:

This support is intentionally designed to match the reality of running a business.

This work is not built around rigid call schedules. Inside the 6 month Private Consulting & Mentorship package, our touchpoints are intentional and responsive, based on what you actually need.

Sometimes that looks like a 60 minute scheduled Zoom call or an in person meeting if logistics allow and sometimes it’s a 20 minute phone call to work through something in real time.

This model respects your time and mine, while ensuring you have support when you need it.

Outside of calls, you have direct access to me Monday - Friday via Telegram for advisory, guidance, sound boarding and real time support.

-> While my support is structured around weekday availability, I understand things arise outside these times. Flexible arrangements can be made for situations requiring urgent support.

All call recordings, notes & resources from your Intensive are stored in a dedicated, private client portal that you have ongoing access to.
